A 1h visit at your house or a location of your choice, with you and/or your birth partner.

A 1h virtual session over phone or video call, with you and/or your birth partner.

3h medical visit

Medical visits consist of a 3h session where I accompany you to a visit to a medical professional of your choice (GP, midwife, OB, etc.) . It includes preparation beforehand, the actual visit, and a debrief afterwards.
